Why should I book in advance?<\/h3>\n

To secure your spot on your preferred date and time and get the best rate. You\u2019ll travel with peace of mind knowing everything is confirmed.<\/p>\n

How will I receive my booking confirmation?<\/h3>\n

Once payment is completed, you\u2019ll see an on-screen confirmation with your reference number and receive an email with all the details.<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?<\/h3>\n

Please check your spam\/junk folder. If it\u2019s not there, email us<\/a> at booking@sevillaguias.es<\/a> with your name, phone number and (if available) your booking reference.<\/p>\n

Do I need to print the voucher or can I show it on my phone?<\/h3>\n

Most tours accept a digital voucher on your smartphone. If any provider requires a printed copy, we\u2019ll state it clearly in your confirmation.<\/p>\n

Which payment methods do you accept?<\/h3>\n

Online payments with Visa and MasterCard. We currently don\u2019t accept American Express.<\/p>\n

Can I change the date or time?<\/h3>\n

Yes, subject to availability. Email us at booking@sevillaguias.es<\/a> and we\u2019ll help you reschedule.<\/p>\n

What is your cancellation policy?<\/h3>\n

Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. After that, specific conditions may apply. If we cancel, you\u2019ll receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

Do tours run if it rains?<\/h3>\n

Tours go ahead in light rain; we only reschedule or cancel if weather conditions could affect safety.<\/p>\n

Which languages are tours offered in?<\/h3>\n

Separate small groups in English<\/strong> or Spanish<\/strong>, always with professional local guides.<\/p>\n

Where is the meeting point?<\/h3>\n

Usually in the historic center (near the Cathedral, Plaza de San Francisco or nearby). You\u2019ll receive the exact location in your confirmation email.<\/p>\n

How big are the groups?<\/h3>\n

We keep group sizes small for a more personal experience. Capacity may vary by tour and season.<\/p>\n

Are entrance tickets included?<\/h3>\n

It depends on the tour. If it includes access to the Cathedral, the Alc\u00e1zar or other monuments, it will be clearly stated before booking.<\/p>\n

Can I bring hand luggage or pets?<\/h3>\n

Small bags are fine. Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed on walking tours unless restricted by the provider or venue. Please check with us before booking.<\/p>\n

Do bike tours include the bicycle?<\/h3>\n

Yes, bike hire is included (and e-bikes<\/em> on request, subject to availability). Routes follow bike lanes and safe areas at a relaxed pace.<\/p>\n

Do you offer private tours?<\/h3>\n

Yes. We can customise the itinerary, schedule and meeting\/ending points, and add transportation or tickets. Contact us for a tailored proposal.<\/p>\n

Can I request an invoice?<\/h3>\n

Of course. Send us your full billing details and we\u2019ll issue it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
