Bookings & Confirmation
Why should I book in advance?
To secure your spot on your preferred date and time and get the best rate. You’ll travel with peace of mind knowing everything is confirmed.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
Once payment is completed, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation with your reference number and receive an email with all the details.
I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at booking@sevillaguias.es with your name, phone number and (if available) your booking reference.
Do I need to print the voucher or can I show it on my phone?
Most tours accept a digital voucher on your smartphone. If any provider requires a printed copy, we’ll state it clearly in your confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payments with Visa and MasterCard. We currently don’t accept American Express.
Changes, Cancellations & Weather
Can I change the date or time?
Yes, subject to availability. Email us at booking@sevillaguias.es and we’ll help you reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. After that, specific conditions may apply. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
Do tours run if it rains?
Tours go ahead in light rain; we only reschedule or cancel if weather conditions could affect safety.
Tour Operation
Which languages are tours offered in?
Separate small groups in English or Spanish, always with professional local guides.
Where is the meeting point?
Usually in the historic center (near the Cathedral, Plaza de San Francisco or nearby). You’ll receive the exact location in your confirmation email.
How big are the groups?
We keep group sizes small for a more personal experience. Capacity may vary by tour and season.
Are entrance tickets included?
It depends on the tour. If it includes access to the Cathedral, the Alcázar or other monuments, it will be clearly stated before booking.
Can I bring hand luggage or pets?
Small bags are fine. Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed on walking tours unless restricted by the provider or venue. Please check with us before booking.
Do bike tours include the bicycle?
Yes, bike hire is included (and e-bikes on request, subject to availability). Routes follow bike lanes and safe areas at a relaxed pace.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. We can customise the itinerary, schedule and meeting/ending points, and add transportation or tickets. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Can I request an invoice?
Of course. Send us your full billing details and we’ll issue it as soon as possible.
